Terms and Conditions

1) General, Customer Base, Language

All offers, purchase agreements, and deliveries made through our online shop or other channels are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Our products are available to both consumers and businesses. A consumer is any natural person purchasing for personal use, not related to business or professional activities. A business is any entity acting in a professional or commercial capacity. Customer terms and conditions do not apply, even if we do not object to them individually. Contracts can be concluded in English or German.

2) Conclusion of Contract

Product listings in our shop are non-binding offers. By placing products in the cart and clicking “Buy”, the customer submits a binding purchase request. Customers can review and edit their details before final submission. The request is valid only if the customer accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy. An automatic email confirmation is sent after the order is placed, but this is not an acceptance. The contract is concluded only when a separate confirmation email is sent, or the goods are dispatched, or a payment request is issued. For PayPal or Stripe payments, processing is handled by the respective provider under their terms. Customers with an online account can access order history and contract details through their password-protected account. Input errors can be corrected at any stage before final confirmation.

3) Right of Withdrawal

Consumers within the EU have a 14-day withdrawal right under the Consumer Rights Directive. We extend this period to 30 days for your convenience. To withdraw, notify us in writing (email is sufficient) within the withdrawal period. Returns must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Hygiene products such as underwear and swimwear must remain sealed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been inspected.

4) Prices, Payment, and Taxes

Prices shown include VAT where required by EU law. Deliveries within the EU generally do not incur customs charges. For deliveries outside the EU, additional duties, taxes, or bank fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. Available payment methods (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Stripe) are displayed during checkout.

5) Delivery and Shipping

Orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout. Standard delivery time is 3–6 weeks, occasionally up to 7 weeks. If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address or non-collection, return shipping costs may apply. Self-collection is not possible.

6) Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7) Warranty (Defects Liability)

Statutory warranty rights under EU law apply. Customers should report visible transport damages to the carrier and inform us promptly.

8) Personalized or Customized Products

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any content provided for customization (e.g., text, images, logos) is free from third-party rights and legally compliant. The seller reserves the right to reject customization requests that violate laws or decency standards.

9) Promotional Vouchers

Vouchers issued during promotions are valid only during the specified period. Only one voucher can be used per order. Vouchers cannot be converted into cash, refunded, or combined with other promotions.

10) Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the law of the country of the seller. Consumers residing in other EU countries will still enjoy the mandatory rights provided under their local consumer laws.

11) Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated nor willing to participate in consumer arbitration procedures unless required by local law.
