Right of withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs and do not provide a free return label. Review our return conditions in advance to ensure a smooth process and timely refund.

Returns We Cannot Accept:

• Items not in original packaging, or used, washed, or damaged
• Sale/reduced items, which are excluded from returns
• Items returned without providing a trackable shipping number in advance
• Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., swimwear, underwear) that have been opened or worn

How to Return:

• Email the reason for your return to support@taupera.com
• Drop off the package at your local postal office and choose a trackable shipping method
• Send the tracking number to our support team so we can verify and process your refund

Refund Timeline:

Refunds may take up to 15 days after the return has been received. Once received, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within one week.

Important:

Include your order number and/or full name inside the return package. Without this, we cannot assign the return to your order and no refund will be issued. (Your order number starts with “#” followed by numbers, e.g., #1234.)
